Intengo specialises in providing highly skilled in-house services to assist with the preparation and execution of corporate transactions.

With a clear focus on delivering what needs to be done to successfully deliver a project, we evolve our services to address the unique nature of the transaction and the specific requirements of our clients.

We act in various capacities from transaction lead, where we take full responsibility for delivering and negotiating the deal, to project management on very large or complex

transactions where a specialist project or transaction executive is required to manage and coordinate the deal.  In addition, we provide hands-on commercially focused services to help businesses prepare for transactions and provide transaction related advice on complex deals.

We are typically engaged when significant complexities or time pressures are at play, and have a track record of delivering challenging deals on time and on budget for a range of high profile and sophisticated clients, including Prudential, M&G Real Estate, Allen & Overy, TE Connectivity, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Lend Lease and KPMG.

Intengo was founded by former Allen & Overy lawyer, Derrick James, who has over 18 years’ experience leading and advising on corporate deals.  Derrick has helped major financial institutions, multi-nationals as well as mid-sized businesses and start-ups successfully complete a range of transactions globally.

In the current corporate environment, where deal flow can be volatile, internal resources can often be severely stretched.  Intengo was established to address these challenges, offering a bespoke and cost-effective solution to alleviate a lack of resourcing, whilst

simultaneously benefitting projects with the broad experience of external expertise.  Our aim is to provide the appropriate support to ensure that daily business operations remain unaffected during complex transactions, providing the confidence that key outcomes will be effectively delivered on time.

Established as a partnership in 2006 under the name ‘38 Degrees’, founder Derrick James rebranded in 2017 to ‘Intengo Transactions’.
