Intengo assists clients in different capacities, depending on the nature of the transaction.

Typically we work in-house on deals on a project by project basis.  We act as either transaction lead on deals where clients require us to assume full responsibility for delivering and negotiating a transaction, or as project manager on very large and complex transactions, where an experienced and sophisticated project executive is required to drive and coordinate the deal.

In addition, we provide strategic and practical transaction related advice as well as providing hands-on services to help businesses prepare for transactions, particularly for corporate business sales and IPOs.

The services we provide differ from deal to deal but usually include the assumption of overall responsibility for driving and delivery of the deal, identifying and resolving issues, managing internal teams, instructing and coordinating external advisers, drafting internal investment papers and presenting and reporting to investment committees, boards and senior executives, as well as preparing and managing transaction budgets.
